The club trains in three locations - details of the classes are given below.

Canolfan Gorseinon Centre, Millers Drive, Bryngwyn Estate, Gorseinon  SA4 4QN.

Tuesday - Lil' Dragons 5.15pm to 6.00pm, Under 12's 6.00pm to 7.15pm, over 12's 7.15pm to 8.45pm.

 Dunvant Primary School, Dunvant Road, Dunvant SA2 7SN

Thursday - Lil' Dragons 6.15pm to 7.00pm, Kidszone and Main Grade 7.00pm to 8.30pm.

 Waunarlwydd Community Centre, Victoria Road, Waunarlwydd.  SA5 4SY.

Friday - Lil Dragons and Masters Class 6.00pm to 6.45pm, Kidszone and Main Grade 6.45pm to 7.45pm, Sparring Class 7.45 pm to 8.45 pm
