Daniel Huxtable - Club Leader - 1st Degree Black Belt

Daniel has been studying karate and kickboxing since early 2004 and has proved to be a dedicated student. He has won many trophies and medals for his exploits in sports karate. These include a silver medal at the World Championships in Florida in 2008, Bronze in 2009 in Spain and Gold in 2010. He also has taken 1st place in points fighting in the WAKO Welsh Open, 1st place in the National Championships in 2008, 2nd in the WKA Welsh Open and 3rd in the Welsh Ring of Champions.

Daniel was WCKA Grand Champion in both points and continuous fighting in 2008. In continuous fighting, he has achieved 3rd place in both the WKA and WAKO Welsh Opens. In 2009 Daniel won the Grand Championship for Musical Forms . He also won the Welsh Champioships and ECKA Open in 2010

Daniel was awarded his 1st degree black belt in November 2008. Like his father, Daniel also represented Wales in the WKA World Championships in Germany in 2007, Florida in 2008, Spain in 2009 and Edinburgh in 2010.
